About us...

BNH's is a small family owned show kennel located in Stanwood, Michigan. We moved to MI from Indiana and have lived in MI since the fall of 2007. As our family started to expand we decided we needed more land for our dogs. So, we went from two acre's to ten acres. We now have plenty of room for the dogs to run and play.

We raise quality AKC Chihuahua puppies, and AKC Saint Bernard puppies. We have been owned by Chihuahua's and Siberian Huskies for almost 15 years. In the 15 year's we have learned a great deal through numerous trial and errors, and have gained a wealth of knowledge on both breed's. However, we will no longer be raising Siberian huskies. We need to concentrate on showing our Saint Bernards and our Chihuahua's. Having three different breeds would have been to overwhelming for any responsible breeder. We started showing and raising Saint bernards in 2009. We could not be happier with our decision. They are true gentle giants and correspond impeccably with our lifestyle.

Here at BNH's we strive to raise top quality Saint Bernard puppies and Chihuahua puppies for companion's, show, and/or working. Our goal is to produce healthy and sound puppies with astounding temperaments. We breed for the betterment of the breeds! Much research and thought goes into each and every breeding. Quality is never compromised!

All of our puppies are sold with limited registration unless otherwise agreed upon. Full registration and breeding/showing right's are only available per puppy/individual basis, and must be approved by us. Everyone interested in one of our puppies must first fill out a puppy application, and all puppies are sold only with a written contract. There will be no exceptions!

I am 37 years old and have been around animal's my entire life. My dream was to become a Veterinarian. I decided to go back to school in 2009 and get my degree in Vet med. I am currently in my third year. So wish me lots of luck on fulfilling my lifelong dream!

About Stanwood, MI...

Stanwood is a small village located in Mecosta county. It is more of an agriculture village with numerous farmer's and Amish residing in the area. Stanwood has a population of under 300 and is a wonderful place to live. It's extremely peaceful and relaxing. You can definitely see mother nature at it's finest.

I can remember the first thing I thought of as I was driving to Michigan to look at the new place. It seemed like we were much closer to the clouds. My first thought was: We are moving a little closer to heaven! So, when we arrived at our new house I over looked all the work we had ahead of us, because I knew this would be the perfect place for our fur babies.

We are surrounding by countless beautiful lake's, river's, pond's, waterfall's, and dam's. There is also several great museum's here, plus all the exquisite wildlife. We are nearby Michigan adventure theme park, as well as, a few casino's.
