Chihuahua Puppy Application...

Everyone that is interested in one of BNH's Chihuahua puppies, will be required to fill out a puppy application before they will even be considered for one of our Chihuahua puppies. All information given to BNH's in an application will be kept strictly confidential. BNH's will not give out any personal information to any other parties.

Please be sure to read BNH's contract before filling out the puppy application. 

Please be sure to click the submit button after you have completely filled out the application.

Please note that everything with a star beside it; is required to be filled out. If it does not apply to you; please just place N/A in the spot.

 After you fill out the puppy application you will get a conformation number. If you do not receive a conformation number than something was not filled in properly, and you will have to re-fill the puppy application out.
