Any planned breeding can change at BNH's discretion.
Anyone waiting on a planned breeding or on a waiting list for a planned
breeding will be notified if and when it changes.
We accept deposits on the first two picks of each planned breeding. BNH's
reserves the right to hold back any pups out of a litter that we would like
to keep for ourselves. We will mark these pups as pending until we have had
the appropriate amount of time to evaluate them. As soon as we are
done evaluating future BNH prospects; we will post any of these puppies if
they become available. We will also have a waiting
list for each planned breeding for those that wish to wait until after the litter
arrives to put down a deposit.
After the deposit holders choose their puppies we will then move on to our
waiting list. Each individual on our waiting list will then have the chance
to decide whether they would like a pup from that litter. If they like a pup
that is available they will have five business days to place a deposit. If
they do not send in their deposits within the selected time frame they will
lose their position on the waiting list.
The deposit holders have up to two weeks to choose their pup. If they do
not choose by two weeks in fairness to others waiting in line, the deposit
holders will lose their spot on the list. BNH's asks that everyone try to
select a puppy in a timely manner. Please note that if you are waiting on a
show prospect puppy, then you will not be expected to choose your pup until
they are older and can properly be evaluated.
Deposits are 100% non-refundable, however; they may be switched
to a another litter. If there is not the sex, color, size, etc that you
are looking for then you may choose to have your deposit placed on another
litter.
If a puppy is held with a deposit for six weeks of age or older, and the
deposit holder decides against purchasing said puppy; then the deposit will
be forfeited (unless prior arrangements have been approved by us).

Please note
that we do not sell to pet shops, brokers, or puppy mills. We cannot emphasize
enough that our dogs are a part
of our family and we are extremely selective when it comes to placing our puppies.
All puppies will be placed with a spay/neuter contract. Breeding/showing rights
are only given on puppy/individual basis. For more information on BNH's
