Show News: 2010 Our first show with
Zenon and Brena was held at the Monroe Kennel club. Zee took breed under
judge ,
Mr. Jan
Herngren.
Special thanks to Mr.
Herngren for awarding Zenon her first points, Sherry from Woodhaven
Saint Bernards for being a wonderful mentor; having faith in us; and for
putting up with my hundreds of questions, Jeff and Darcy Petersen for
entrusting us enough to let us own Zenon, My nephew Ryan for doing an
awesome job in the ring with Brena; and having a love for the breed as
much has his aunt, Pat for always being there for me and encouraging me
to follow my dreams, to everyone else that helped us along the way, and
to all of our old and new friends that stood by us.

October 6 - 9 Ryan showed
Brena in Brood bitch and took 3rd place! Congratulations Ryan, Brena,
and her three offspring that were shown with her.
I
showed Zenon in Open short hair and almost took 4th
place. We had it but Zenon acted up on her last turn (It was hot and we
both were exhausted!) So, the judge asked us to move into 5th place. Not
too bad for our first National! We will have better
luck next year! Thank you judge Zielinski, Jeff Petersen for a warm
welcome and for not laughing when we took that last turn :), Pat for
driving all the way from TN to watch and support us, and a big thanks to
the SBCA for organizing a great show!

Unfortunately I had to pull Zenon because
of a torn ACL. So please keep her in your prayers.
Ryan showed Brena in open long coats and
took 2nd in his class. Congratulations Ryan and Brena! Unfortunately no
points were awarded, but Ryan and Brena still had a blast!
This was our first indoor show and we all
had a blast and met some wonderful people. We would like to thank Nicki
for coming and supporting Ryan in the ring, Sherry for allowing Ryan to
show Brena, everyone who wished us luck, and judge Mrs. Robert D Smith.
