Show News: 2011 Our first show of the
year was held in Auburn,
IN at the Logansport Kennel Club; on March 13, 2011. This was my first
"indoor" show. We took Brena, Tink, and Viv.
I Showed
Brena in open long coat and took 1st place in class. Bobby showed Tink
in open long coat and received 2nd place in class. Then Leah showed Viv
in puppy class and received 1st place.
I
would like to thank Leah and her son Bobby for doing a wonderful job
showing our girl's. This was Leah's first time showing a Saint and
Bobby's first show! WTG Bobby! This was Tink and Viv's first show too!
Even though this was not our "best" show; I still believe the girls did
an awesome job in the ring. Unfortunately no points were awarded at this
show. We will do better at our next show :)
We showed Brena and Viv at the Kokomo
Kennel Club weekend show; held in Greentown,
In on May 21st and 22nd. These were both indoor shows and we had an
awesome weekend!
I Showed Brena on Saturday in open long
coat, and we took 1st place in class. Brena also
received Reserve Winners. WTG Brena! Ryan showed Viv in 12 to 18
month class and took 1st place in class. Viv also took Winners (Best of
Variety) and Best of Breed; for her 1st AKC points. WTG Ryan and Viv!
Ryan took Viv in Group but they did not place. Better
luck next time! :)
I showed Viv on Sunday in 12 to 18 month
class and took 1st place. Viv also won Winners (Best of Variety) and
Best of Breed for her 2nd point. WTG Viv! Ryan showed Brena in open long
coat and took 1st place in his class. Brena also got
Reserve Winners.
I would like to thank Ryan for help showing
the girls, Elizabeth for coming and showing her support, Howard for
taking pictures, Judge Mr. Ralph M. Lemcke and Judge Mr. Jon R. Cole for
awarding Viv her 1st points, and The Kokomo Kennel Club for holding an
awesome show!
